Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover as forms of payment via our website. For orders paid by personal or company check, please use our downloadable order form. For orders paid by check, we will ship the product after funds are confirmed and any necessary prescriptions are submitted or approved.

Shipping

  • All orders are shipped via USPS or DHL.
  • Priority overnight or expedited shipping is available at an additional cost.
  • In the event an item is damaged in shipping, retain all original packing materials and notify Neuro-Fitness immediately.

Back orders

We may at times experience a backlog of orders. If this is the case, you will be notified within 24 hours of your order that the item is back ordered, and you will be given an estimated time of shipment.

Prescription Requirement

Because our product is considered a medical device, we require all customers who purchase the CES Ultra Kit to obtain a prescription from a licensed healthcare professional. You may submit a prescription obtained offline to prescriptions@cesultra.com, or you can obtain a prescription during the order process. Prescriptions will be fulfilled after the completion of an online health questionnaire. Fees for online prescriptions are non-refundable.

Returns or Exchanges

For any item damaged in shipping, Neuro-Fitness, LLC will help as much as possible in damage claim filed with carrier. Please call Neuro-Fitness to report the damage at 425-222-0830

One Year Manufacturing Defects Warranty

Manufacturing defects claimed under Neuro-Fitness’s one year manufacturing defects warranty must be approved by Neuro-Fitness. Please call Neuro-Fitness for approval and to attain the address we use specifically for returns at 425-222-0830. Neuro-Fitness’s one year manufacturing defects warranty covers only the CES Ultra control box. Accessories do not fall under warranty and can be re-ordered on this website.

60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Every purchase of the CES Ultra carries a 60-day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you wish to return your CES Ultra within 60 days of purchase, Neuro-Fitness will refund the full purchase price of the product, less shipping costs. There are no hidden charges or restocking fees. To arrange your return, please call 425-222-0830 to obtain the return authorization address. On the inside of the return package, please include the original invoice number, your name, address, and any e-mail correspondence paperwork.
